1. There are no designated parking spaces for disabled persons in the immediate vicinity of the building.

2. Access by public buses: stops Dw. Wileński 01, 02, 04, 05 (stops accessible for disabled persons), Dw. Wileński 09, 10 (stops partially accessible for disabled persons).

3. Access by tram: stops Dw. Wileński 03, 07, 08 (stops accessible for disabled persons).

4. Access by metro: Metro Dworzec Wileński stop.

5. The building has two active entrances for employees, guests, and visitors from ul. Targowa and ul. Wileńska. Both entrances are accessed by stairs. There are no ramps or platforms for wheelchairs at the stairs.

6. Currently, the entrances to the building are not accessible for persons with mobility impairments using wheelchairs. To reach the reception, one must overcome external stairs (5 steps) and internal stairs (4 steps). The massive, heavy external doors do not open automatically. The internal doors open automatically.

7. The receptions are located to the right of the entrances from ul. Targowa and ul. Wileńska. Further passage is secured by gates through which a person in a wheelchair can pass.

8. According to the physical security procedure of the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Headquarters, a guest or visitor cannot enter the building without the presence of a company employee (inviting, representing the respective unit, or a security officer if the visitor is going to the Headquarters Presidium).

9. For persons using wheelchairs, the corridor at the receptions and access to the elevators are available. From the elevators, persons in wheelchairs have direct access to office floors in segments marked as A, B, D, and E. Due to the offset between the floors of segment C and the floors of segments marked as A, B, D, and E, access to the office floors of segment C directly from the elevators is hindered by stairs. Corridors in segments A, B, D, E are not accessible on the ground and first floors of the building due to stairs.

10. The dimensions of the elevators allow their use by persons with mobility impairments using wheelchairs.

11. There are no toilets adapted for disabled persons in the building.

12. The building and all its accessible rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog after informing the building security in advance. One post is open until 6 PM, the other is open 24/7.

13. There are no ramps or platforms in the building.

14. There are no voice announcements in the building.

15. There are no Braille or high-contrast markings or large print for the blind and visually impaired in the building.

16. Conference rooms are not adapted for persons with disabilities.

Communication and Information Accessibility

  • In the reception and other areas of the building, a Polish sign language interpreter is not available.
  • Induction loops are installed in the building's receptions.
